1. Use of the service
You may use heraia to create, launch and optimize campaigns for your own brand or for brands you manage with authorization. You may not use the service for illegal, deceptive or rights-infringing activities.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs in your account.
3. Content
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it in order to provide the service.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel anytime from your account.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or external causes. Check the system status.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of relevant changes with reasonable advance notice.
